​Oak Hill Road, St. George Road to Eastwood Avenue 

The proposed improvements include the relocation of approximately 4,900 feet of water main along Oak Hill Road between St. George Road and Eastwood Drive as part of the multiple phase road improvements  project by the Vanderburgh County Engineers Office.  The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and  service connections.  Approximately 4,850 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.

Construction is anticipated in 2026.

North Ballard Neighborhood 

The proposed improvements include the replacement of approximately 5,490 feet of water main. The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and service connections. Approximately 5,560 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.

Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2026.

Indiana Street, Illinois Street, and Franklin Street 

The proposed improvements include the replacement of approximately 3,210 feet of water main. The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and service connections. Approximately 3,350 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.

Construction is anticipated in 2027.

Broadway Avenue Phase II 

The proposed improvements include the replacement of approximately 11,800 feet of water main. The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and service connections. Approximately 3,350 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.

Construction is anticipated in 2027.

Landbridge Way, First Avenue to Cross Valley Circle

This project will include the replacement of approximately 300 feet of water main on Landbridge Way, east of First Avenue.  This project will connect to a recently upgraded water main on First Avenue and will provide water distribution improvements in the corridor. 

Construction dates are currently being evaluated.
