US 41, St. George Road to Lynch Road
This project will include the installation of 5,400 feet of 16” diameter water main pipe. Related improvements include valves and fire hydrants along US 41 between St. George Road and Lynch Road.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.​

Lloyd4U - Corbierre Avenue Ph. 2, Ingle to Addison
This project involves the replacement of 8" water main with 914 LF of 8" from Ingle Avenue to Addison Avenue. This relocation is in preparation for road improvements planned for this area as part of the Lloyd4U project.
Construction anticipated 2026.

Cardinal Drive
 This project involves the replacement of existing water mains with 6,330 LF of 8" water main along Cardinal Drive between Stringtown Road to N Kentucky Avenue, Idlewild Drive between N Bedford Avenue and N Kentucky Avenue, Tulip Avenue between N Evans Avenue and N Kentucky Avenue, N Bedford Avenue between Cardinal Drive and Tulip Avenue, and N Kentucky Avenue between Idlewild Drive and E Olmstead Avenue.
Construction anticipated 2026.
Franklin Street, Tekoppel to Schreeder
 This project involves the replacement of 8” water main with 2,320 LF of water main on Franklin from Tekoppel to Schreeder Avenue. A pressure zone boundary change is proposed.

Morgan Avenue, Fares Avenue to Heidelbach Avenue
This project would include the installation of approximately 5,600 feet of 4” to 12” water main pipe and related improvements along Morgan Avenue from Fares Avenue to Heidelbach Avenue.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.​

Oak Hill, Lynch to St. George
The proposed improvements include the relocation of approximately 6,080 feet of water main along Oak Hill Road between Lynch Road and St. George Road as part of the multiple phase road improvements project by the Vanderburgh County Engineers Office. The project is expected to include approximately seven fire hydrants, eight gate valves, and sixty-eight service connections. Approximately 6,040 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.
Construction is anticipated in mid-2026.​

Epworth Road
This project would include the installation of approximately 400 feet of 8” to 16" water main pipe and related improvements on Epworth Road at Tecumseh Drive and Lincoln Ave. intersections.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.

North Ballard Neighborhood
The proposed improvements include the replacement of approximately 5,490 feet of water main. The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and service connections. Approximately 5,560 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.

Indiana Street, Illinois Street, and Franklin Street
The proposed improvements include the replacement of approximately 3,210 feet of water main. The project is expected to include new fire hydrants, gate valves and service connections. Approximately 3,350 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.
Construction is anticipated in 2027.
