This project involves the installation of 1,260 LF of 8", 3,710 LF of 12", and 2,940 LF of 24" water main from Tekoppel to 9th Avenue. This relocation is in preparation for road improvements planned for this area as part of the Lloyd4U project.

Project Update

Recent Progress (May 24 to May 30)
- Blankenberger began installing 24” ductile iron water main by open cut installation across the west bound lanes of Lloyd Expressway at St. Joseph Avenue.
- Blankenberger completed the connection of the new 12” C900 PVC water main to the existing 12” water main on Lencke Avenue south of Lloyd Expressway.
- E&B paving installed HMA surface on Indiana Street between St. Joseph Avenue and Lemcke Avenue, Lemcke Avenue between Indiana Street and Franklin Street, Franklin Street between Lemcke Avenue and Mt. Vernon Avenue, and on Mt, Vernon Avenue between Franklin Street and Michigan Street.
- Blankenberger installed HMA base on Pennsylvania Street between Lemcke Avenue and Rick Davis Way.

Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (May 31 to June 6)
- Blankenberger intends to continue installing 24” ductile iron water main by open cut installation across the west bound lanes of Lloyd Expressway at St. Joseph Avenue.
