This project involves the installation of 1,260 LF of 8", 3,710 LF of 12", and 2,940 LF of 24" water main from Tekoppel to 9th Avenue. This relocation is in preparation for road improvements planned for this area as part of the Lloyd4U project.

Project Update

Recent Progress (June 7 to June 13)
- Blankenberger, Road Safe, and Hummel Electric implemented Phase 3 of the maintenance of traffic plan.
- Blankenberger began installing 24” ductile iron water main by open cut installation across the center and eastbound lanes of Lloyd Expressway (Phase 3).

Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (June 14 to June 20)
- Blankenberger intends to complete the installation 24” ductile iron water main by open cut installation across the center and eastbound lanes of Lloyd Expressway.
- Blankenberger intends to connect the new 8” C900 PVC water main to the existing water main on Barker Avenue at Pennsylvania Street.
- Blankenberger intends to cut and cap the abandoned water main on Barker Avenue at Pennsylvania Street.
- Blankenberger intends to connect the new 8” C900 PVC water main to the existing water main on Pennsylvania Street at Rick Davis Way.
