SR 62 from Tekoppel to Wabash

​This project involves the installation of 1,260 LF of 8", 3,710 LF of 12", and 2,940 LF of 24" water main from Tekoppel to 9th Avenue. This relocation is in preparation for road improvements planned for this area as part of the Lloyd4U project.

Project Update

  • Recent Progress (January 18 to January 24)

    • Blankenberger completed the installation of new 12” C900 PVC water main on 9th Avenue between Pennsylvania Street and Ohio Street.

    • Blankenberger completed the installation of new 12” PVC water main on Lemcke Avenue between Indiana Street and Illinois Street.

    • Blankenberger completed Phase 3 of the Igleheart to Leslie Construction Sequencing, including the connection of a new 12”x12” MJ tee and 12” gate valve to the existing water main at Igleheart Avenue.

    • Blankenberger continued installing concrete curbs, sidewalks, and ADA ramps on Indiana Street between Wabash Avenue and St. Joseph Avenue.
