  • Blankenberger re-opened St. Joseph Avenue between Ohio Street and Indiana Street.

  • Blankenberger intends to complete the 20” cut and cap at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Pennsylvania Street.

  • Blankenberger intends to begin installation of the new storm sewer system at the intersection of Ohio Street and 9th Avenue.
