SR 62 from Tekoppel to Wabash

​This project involves the installation of 1,260 LF of 8", 3,710 LF of 12", and 2,940 LF of 24" water main from Tekoppel to 9th Avenue. This relocation is in preparation for road improvements planned for this area as part of the Lloyd4U project.

Project Update

  • Recent Progress (November 30 to December 6)

    • Blankenberger performed hydrostatic testing of the new 24” ductile iron water main on Indiana Street between 12th Avenue and St. Joseph Avenue.

  • Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (December 7 to December 13) 

    • Blankenberger intends to activate the new 8” C900 PVC water main on 10th Avenue between Indiana Street and Lloyd Expressway.

    • Blankenberger intends to complete the installation of new ¾”-1” water service connections on 10th Avenue between Indiana Street and Lloyd Expressway.

    • Blankenberger intends to activate the new 12” C900 PVC RJ water main along the Lloyd Expressway off-ramp between Barker Avenue and Leslie Avenue.

    • Blankenberger intends to complete the installation of the new ¾”-1” water service connection at 102 Leslie Avenue.

    • Blankenberger intends to chlorinate the new 24” ductile iron water main on Indiana Street between 12th Avenue and St. Joseph Avenue.
