• Recent Progress (March 1 to March 7)

  • Blankenberger verified the locations of the existing utilities on Lemcke Avenue south of Lloyd Expressway.

  • Blankenberger verified the locations of the existing utilities on 9th Avenue between Pennsylvania Avenue and Ohio Street.

  • Blankenberger began excavating the bore pit at Lemcke Avenue and the Lloyd Expressway.

  • Blankenberger installed HMA pavement on Indiana Street from Bell Avenue to Lemcke Avenue.

  • Blankenberger installed HMA pavement on Lemcke Avenue from Indiana Street to Illinois Street.

  • Blankenberger cut and capped the existing 10” water main on Ohio Street.

  • Blankenberger installed steel bollards around the fire hydrant assembly on 10th Street.

  • Blankenberger grout filled the existing 24” water main on 12th Avenue from the Lloyd Expressway to Indiana Street.

  • Blankenberger grout filled the existing 12” water main on Igleheart Avenue.

• Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (March 8 to March 14) 

  • Blankenberger intends to continue excavating the bore pit and the receiving pit at Lemcke Avenue and the Lloyd Expressway.

  • Blankenberger intends to begin installing HMA pavement on Ohio Street between CSX Railroad and 9th Avenue.

  • Blankenberger intends to begin installing HMA pavement at Igleheart Avenue.

  • Blankenberger intends to continue installing HMA pavement throughout the project corridor.

  • Blankenberger intends to connect the new 12” C900 PVC water main to the existing water main on Indiana Street at Bell Avenue.

  • Blankenberger intends to connect the new 12” C900 PVC water main to the existing water main on Indiana Street at Lemcke Avenue.
