Project Update
  • Recent Progress (March 1 to March 7)

    • BMB performed hydrostatic testing on the existing 12” gate valve at the intersection of Park Street and Shanklin Avenue.

    • BMB connected the new 12” RJ C900 PVC water main to the existing gate valve at the intersection of Park Street and Shanklin Avenue.

    • BMB began excavating the bore pit and receiving pit for the jack and bore under the CSX railroad crossing.

  • Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (March 8 to March 14)

    • BMB intends to complete excavation of the bore pit and receiving pit for the jack and bore under the CSX railroad crossing.

    • BMB intends to complete the installation of the new 24” steel casing pipe and 12” RJ PVC water main carrier pipe by jack and bore in the CSX railroad right-of-way.

    • BMB intends to begin installing new gate valves, fire hydrants, and ductile iron fittings on Park Street between Florida Street and Shanklin Avenue.
