Oak Hill, Lynch to St. George


The proposed improvements include the relocation of approximately 6,080 feet of water main along Oak Hill Road between Lynch Road and St. George Road as part of the multiple phase road improvements project by the Vanderburgh County Engineers Office. The project is expected to include approximately seven fire hydrants, eight gate valves, and sixty-eight service connections. Approximately 6,040 feet of existing water main will be abandoned upon completion of the improvements.

Recent Progress (June 7 to June 13)

Blankenberger continued installing new ¾”-1” water service connection on Oak Hill Road between Lynch Road and Elmridge Drive.

Blankenberger completed the connection of the new 8” C900 PVC water main to the existing water main at the intersection of Oak Hill Road and Elmridge Drive.

Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (June 14 to June 20)

Blankenberger intends to complete the installation of ¾”-1” water service connections on Oak Hill Road between Lynch Road and Elmridge Drive.

Blankenberger intends to continue installing new 8” C900 PVC water main on Oak Hill Road between Elmridge Drive and Aspen Drive.
